Hi, I've been eating healthy for about a month now. In my first 2 weeks I lost 11 pounds, but then the past 2 weeks ive lost nothing. I'm 5'8 and I'm at 229 pounds. Ive been told i have been eating to few calories (1400), is this possible? Please help!

So yeah.. try a different calorie intake? And yes 1400 is not much.
