Pasta and Beans Recipe

Hearty meatless meal.

Ingredients
15 ounces beans
6 oz. tomato paste
4 ounces uncooked pasta
2 bay leaves
4 tsps. garlic
2 cups water
Directions
  1. Cook pasta set aside.

  2. Rinse beans. Combine in sauce pan with tomato paste, water, bay leaves, garlic and water.

  3. Simmer about 40 minutes until slightly thickened.

  4. Add pasta and heat through.
