Recipe Ingredients for Pasta con Atún y broccoli

2 cans Tuna, Light, Canned In Oil, Drained Solids
800 g Penne, dry
150 g Corn, Sweet, Yellow
300 g Broccoli - Cooked, Boiled, Drained, Without Salt
350 g Tomato, Basil & Garlic Pasta Sauce
100 g Mozzarella, Whole Milk Cheese
20 g onion

Recipe Directions for Pasta con Atún y broccoli

  1. Prepare pasta as usual, to your liking.

  2. After draining the pasta, put a spoon of oil from the tuna can and the onion in the pan at medium heat.

  3. When the onion is transparent add the tomato sauce, let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Add the boiled broccoli, corn and drained tuna, mix well and let it mix.

  5. At serving time add the cheese on top of the plate for melting.
