Pasta Factory is a family owned business that was started by Michael Sica in 1982. Michael began his working career as the manager of a liquor store, then moved into the clothing business, and finally made his final business the Pasta Factory. Pasta Factory began as a storefront location selling pasta products to local homeowners. As business began to grow, a manufacturing facility was needed. The pasta storefront closed, and opened the Pasta Factory.
