A colourful pasta salad
| 2 | oz dried pasta |
| 3 | ozs broccoli, trimmed into small florets |
| 1 | tablespoon yoghurt |
| 1 | tsp pesto |
| 5 | cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 1/2 | oz sliced almonds |
| 1 | tablespoon parsley, chopped |
| 1 | salt and pepper |
- Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions
- During the last few minutes of cooking time add the broccoli florets or steam them over the top using a steamer
- Drain the pasta and broccoli and rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process
- Stir into the rest of the ingredients and serve with salad leaves
