Easy, low calorie, tasty filler soup - with the water the calorie count is per 1-cup serving

Ingredients
2 lbs carrots
2 leeks
12 oz mushrooms
2 tbs chicken bouillon
1 gallon water
Directions
Chop and combine ingredients, cover with water, boil until soft, puree, salt and pepper to taste
