I try to eat about 1400-1600 calories a day of healthy food. The other day I bought Reese's PB easter eggs... why, oh why!? I guess because it IS
Easter and I was shopping while hungry and they are MY favorite (are those good excuses? haha) I buy candy maybe 3-4 times a year--a little at halloween and Christmas and maybe a couple of other times. I usually can have candy in the house for weeks and maybe have "A" piece before my husband eats everything all gone (he doesn't really need to lose but 5 pounds). Well, today, I came home from teaching yoga and I was starving and had a nice healthy lunch.... AND not one, but TWO PB eggs!!! 360 calories for the both of them!!! and I wanted another one!!! I am sitting here at 1598 calories and thinking I would really like a glass of red wine before going to sleep and NO, I HAD TO EAT TWO PB eggs with lunch!!! Thanks for letting me rant.... What do YOU "cheat" with?

LOL My BF bought me a 2lb (1kg) Lindt chocolate santa for christmas.  IT WAS HUGE. And the worst part... I pretty much ate nothing but chocolate for 3 days.
