How many pcs of sushi ...

How many pieces of sushi per person do I need to buy for a dinner?

I want to buy sushi for 4 persons but I don't want to buy too many/not enough.

How many do you normally eat? Let's just talk about normal raw fish Makis for exemple. There will be nothing else then Sushi.

I eat two rolls max, but that's me. I'm sure on a good day my boyfriend would eat 3-4 rolls if he was pigging out. Have you also thought about serving miso soup? Most grocery stores carry the packets where you only have to add hot water.

My favorite is spicy tuna.

i can easily eat two maki rolls (8 pc each) for a FILLING meal.

if i'm being 'good' i'll just have one roll (8 pcs).

Oops I think I missed you, here a maki roll makes about 6 pieces - or 8 if you're buying the tiny cucumber ones.
