Peanut butter bad?

Quote  |  Reply

I know that peanut butter is high in calories (normally 200 calories for 2 tbsp.), but isn't it high in protein?

It seems as if I am contradicting myself here because it is high in calories and high in protein. Is it worth it to eat it?

Do you know of any foods that have low calories and high protein?

The websites I provided give information on mycotoxins... There ARE diseases that are linked to peanut butter as I mentioned them.  Google Peanut Butter and Cancer, Peanuts and fungus, peanuts and heart disease... Read up on it, it is worth it.  Just because you have never heard of it doesn't mean it isn't true. Yeast infections are beyond the female kind. Anyone can get a yeast infection. It is also called FUNGAL infections. They can invade the body and kill you. Google them. I could tell you everything, but I would need a whole webpage, but there are hundreds that speak about this. Why is it that we will buy into the latest weight loss gimmics, but don't listen into the chemistry of the foods that we pollute our bodies with? NO OFFENSE. I tell people this to help them improve their lives. If we don't want to be open to what CAUSES disease then we will never find a cure.Wink My kids LOVED peanut butter and they got it every day for lunch. After chronic sinus infections and hospitalization, I read THE FUNGUS LINK and I saw the light. I have never given them peanut butter since and the sinus infections are GONE. Google peanuts linked to sinus infections. There is nothing wrong with exploring your health and seeing what makes it worse. Do you really love your peanut butter THAT much?

Ok. You are obviously super passionate about your whackadoo beliefs. You should start a different thread about THE DANGERS OF PEANUT BUTTER OMGZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 so everyone can be in the know.

Ori

pffft ahahahhaha! "whackadoo beliefs", don't that just say it all!

your fallacious argument does not have enough proof for most to comprehend

Post hoc: using the fact that one event preceded another as suffient evidence for the conclusion that the first caused the second is a fallacy

Ex: saying that X occured before Y; does not imply that X caused Y

(sorry I just had a Logic exam today, it's cool to use my argument analysis teachings in real life!)

I am not here to argue. I can't change anyone's mind. Believe what you want. I love people and I see people that are sick everyday. I have family that have died early because of their eating habits. My father died of cardiomyopathy at age 38. So YES I am passionate. I care about people. I want to help them. The whole medical profession is cause and effect. Studies are done to see the events that lead to disease. However most diseases aren't usually cured, the symptoms are treated. Mostly with drugs that later you will find there is a law suit on. There is nothing wrong with sharing what has worked to help others. Eliminating peanut butter never killed anyone so the advice I offered isn't dangerous. To each his own.  If everyone took the time to read and research, then it could be comprehended. I tried to put it in "lame man's" terms as best as I could, but more in-depth information is available. Never meant to make my claim on peanut butter personal. Tongue out

Haha dont start a disscusion =D!

i mean its just peanut butteer!! microtoxins or not mommyliner is not doing anythin else but tryin to help xDD!!!... even tho i do disagree heheee!!

PEANUT BUTTER RUUULESS!!! just keep enjoyin it =D

We also have yeast (Candida) growing on our skin, but that doesn't make everyone die.
