Peanut butter and..?
on my fiance. sorry to lower the tone, but i couldn't resist. but other than that i get a nice energy boost with a banana & natural pb. pb with nutella is a very nice treat as well.
This morning for breakfast i had a peanut butter toastee :]
its Country White bread buttered with a total of 1 tablespoon of country crock on both sides and is stuffed with 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter on the inside popped in the 350 degree toaster oven until golden brown. dont forget to flip it in the middle of the process!
have it with 3/4 cup of whole milk for a total of 593 calories
but it keeps you full for hours :]
its also great with banana cut up in the middle
I just tried the peanut butter and honey with cinamon... Yuuuummm
Also discovered peanut butter and nougat... not the healthiest i know!

PB on toasted whole grain bread w/ raisins on top, dipped in apples, on celery, and in oatmeal!! seriously 1 teaspoon in some plain quick cooking oats is dee-licious!!
oh, and hippie sandwiches.. peanut butter on ezekiel bread with shredded carrot and raisins. mmm.
rolled oats made with vanilla rice milk, with melted peanut butter on top!! it is amazingggg
Anyone that was a girlscout will remember this one..."ants on a log" peanutbutter in the celery nook with rasins on top (Yummy!)
peanut butter + bananas n' creme oatmeal + cocoa powder.
or a peanut butter and banana sandwich.
BANANA! All i need is some peanut butter with a nice ripe banana and i m good!
Also another good combo is celery with peanut butter slathered on it and a couple of raisins to top everything off! DELICIOUS!
