Peanut Butter in Oatmeal
I have been eating oatmeal every morning and I like to add things for variety and nutrition. This morning I had my natural rolled oats with a spoon of all natural peanut butter and a small pear.
I still have plenty of weight to lose and don't want to eat foods that will make it hard for that to happen.
My questions is this: Is peanut butter only for those maintaining their weight, or is my nutrition packed breakfast okay.
Even the all natural PB is a C-! Ouch.

Honestly, as long as you can fit the calories in your daily allotment, I don't see why any food would not be okay. Although, some foods are more nutritious and healthy than others, but a calorie is a calorie is a calorie.
As for the grade of C-, CalorieCount's grading system is faulty, at best.
So count your PB cals, but 1 tbsp a day is fine!! Yes a whole tablespoon, full of good fats and a little protein. As long as its natural PB. Or try PB2 - powedered low fat form with heaps of rrom for cals. If only we had it in australia :(

Oh yeah. I also think you could look at "PB2". Google Bell Plantation.
It's peanuts with much of the oil squeezed out and then powdered. Mix it with water to eat like PB. Lower in cals, still the same taste according to the chatters on the thread about it here on CC+.
