Pear Shaped
I always have a problem im slightly skinny on the top, and then on the bottom i shape out like a pear!!
I want to know some exercizes i can do that can help me slim down and mantain, a Skinny size.
Im ranked Medium and im Wanting to loose 30 lbs anybody??
1. SEX! If you're sexually active, have a willing participant, do the deed and don't be the lasy prick on the bottom. Even if you're wobbly on top, keep at it. If you get creative enough, you'll find a few magical positions that'll get your thighs one heck of a workout. You'll also see a little shrinkage in your butt and a big gain in your personal self confidence. Sex does wonders for those sorts of things.
2. Lunges, indeed. Try doing twenty-five lunges per leg. If you want to make it interesting, track down some soup cans and carry them like hand weights. It's a little harder because you can't really wobble your arms around to maintain your balance while trying to do a decent curl.
3. Leg lifts, of course. Lie on a floor, put a bouncy ball or a pillow between your ankles, and with straight legs slowly raise them around one to three feet off the ground, then slowly take them back down.
And when creativity fails you, check on YouTube for "Ten Minute Solutions" and watch the buns and thighs video. There're also several others that're great for toning.
I'm also a pear, all my weight is in my thighs (and my thighs are muscular plus they have some flab on the inner side and on the back). Even my butt is of normal size. It looks particulary funny compared to my tiny calves.
I think running and lots of stretching exercises (some similar to pilates, but I do it at home, several times a day for 15-45 minutes, depending on how much time I have) have made me look a bit better and melted off a bit of the cellulite. I really don't want more muscles or I'd have footballer thighs.
