pelvic bones!!!
Hey i dont know if there are certain exercises to obtain this look, but i love it when girls have nice tight stomches and nicely visible pelvis bones, not like visable because they are so skinny but visable because they are toned. Are their certain crunches and things to do to get them after you have lost the fat around the stomach?? Or is it just your body shape?? Any takes on this would be good!
Women cannot maintain anything below 12% body-fat, because their bones will start to deteriorate, and other things will happen, and for men...it's 3%.....crazy huh?....that's why those athlete go back to above 12%....so they don't have any internal complications.
