| 1 | Red Onion |

Recipe Directions for Penne Veggie Sausage
- Slice the sausage, fairly thick. Pick apart the brocoli and cauliflower to have florets. Slice the zucchini and squash, chop garlic, slice fairly thick the red onion. Slice bell pepper.
- Sautee all ingredients separately. Boil water for pasta.
- Combine and serve!
