Pasta, vegetables, kielbasa sausage sauteed and tossed.

Recipe Ingredients for Penne Veggie Sausage

1 package of Kielbasa sausage
1 Brocoli florets
1 Cauliflower florets
2 Zucchini sliced
2 Squash sliced
1 Penne Pasta
1 Fresh Garlic
1 Fresh Parsley
1 Red Onion
1 red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Penne Veggie Sausage

  1. Slice the sausage, fairly thick. Pick apart the brocoli and cauliflower to have florets. Slice the zucchini and squash, chop garlic, slice fairly thick the red onion. Slice bell pepper.

  2. Sautee all ingredients separately. Boil water for pasta.

  3. Combine and serve!
