Okay people, I found something to kill those hunger pains....
OR...
...eat a high fiber diet. Which is what this is doing. Just in pill form. The difference is that it's tricking you into following it. It's still about low-cal, which isn't magic. Nor is the 14lbs, especially at the start of any diet.
Memo to self: Make Lentil soup, dye blue, bottle it as magical hunger suppressant, sell for sixteen times cost.
I'm a HUGE fan of PGX. I swear by this stuff!!!
(It claims: Controls and balances blood sugar levels; Supports healthy weight loss for life; Promotes satiety and reduces food cravings; Lowers cholestrol and triglyceride levels; Contains no stimulants)
And it really lives up to what it claims.
It noticably makes me feel full after a smaller portion of food, as well as helps me to feel full longer. I don't have those hunger pains anymore!
It also helps to level out your blood sugar levels. Before PGX, my struggle in dieting was staying away from sweets. Candy<3... But I rarely ever have cravings for sugar anymore.
I've had alot of success with PGX, I've been taking it for about 2 months now. I don't take the maximum dosage of 6 pills before a meal, I find that 3 is plenty enough.
I heard about them on the local news channel, a doctor was talking about the benefits and that they're safe to use. I also have a co-worker who uses PGX as well, and is also a firm believer now.
I buy mine at Costco - the brand is Webber Naturals - Quite pricey, but well worth it.
For anyone that is skeptical, it is extremely difficult for things to get approved for sale in Canada.....so I would try it....Bought some today

This is similar in result to my eating 5+ servings of vegetables with lunch and dinner. A pound of broccoli/green beans/asparagus/artichoke hearts will fill you up and give you fiber and nutrition. The cost is about $1-2 per meal, so the fiber pills might be cheaper, but I'll bet they don't taste any better.
hello , just new to this site , my name is cheryl , so i just wanted to ask , i have just recently started the PGX , how long did it take for you to notice the effects , im not noticing it yet , im still feeling just as hungry , i mean its only been approx..4 days . but i am takin them as the lady from the health store suggested wich is one with breakfast , 1 with lunch , and 2 at dinner..and drink lots of water....
PGX has also just been GRAS approved, so its definitly safe! One thing is it can be quite pricey if you are taking lots per day.. I have found a website that is the cheapest prices I have seen on the internet so far.. www.pgx-direct.weebly.com.. I think its like 24.00 for the 180 softgels..a Also they have a 30 softgel bottle I have never seen before if your wanting to test out PGX without committing to a full bottle.. With this economy you cant be too careful..
Well, I've lost 25 lbs in 2 1/2 months with no special supplements (just a multi vite, iron for anemia I get @ times, flax oil and some glucosamine) and I feel full becuase I eat around 1500 cals a day, more if I need them (when i work out a lot) and eat filling things. I get an average of 35 grams of fiber a day (not from a pill) and very rarely have anything but water. I experiment with new healthy cooking and am actually having fun.
I don't spend money on anything extra. The main reason I avoid stuff like that is I wonder how I will react if I get to my goal weight and don't need it anymore. Will it be harder to maintain then? I mean, I really believe that anyone can loose weight and extra supplements are not necessary, especially if they cost a lot.
