I don't have an ED but I'm underweight because of my stomach issues, and it's been one year without it.

(Don't tell the doctors, but it's been great! I hate it! :-D)

the only reason i still get my periods is because im on birth control.

im underweight, not by much though and i wasn't technically diagnosed with an eating disorder, but i was purposefully exercising excessviely and restricting my cals A LOT!!

but now im better and i've gained weight, still underweight but no where near as much as before. i never lost my period until i went to switch birth control pills cause i stoppped taking one, and the doctor said when you finish your next cycle switch to the other brand.

7 months later... still no period. so i just started the pills and it came back.
I lost mine for about 3-4 months. It was horrible. Scary. And I never thought I would jump for joy when it returned!

It's coming up to 3 years without my period now! Yikes that is a scary thought, wish I could hurry up with recovery. ( I don't actually think I've seriously been suffering from anorexia for that long but have always been underweight- max 100lb at 5ft 6 so probably as soon as I lost any weight at all it vanished)

I haven't had mine for just over 3 and a half years now (I'm almost 19).

I started the path to recovery almost half a year ago now and it still hasn't returned (but even after gaining a lot i am still technically underweight at 5'5" and 92 pounds so thats no surprise).

i was never diagnosed with an ED or anything but was underweight and not eating properly for a while.. i had my last period about 1 year and 2 months ago. now i've been at a healthier weight for about 4 months and it's showing signs of returning. :)
