What are your weight goals or measurements?

Bump. :]

Hey Heather!

I am 19 and 5'6".

I usually stay between 116 and 120. I used to be 135, but I lost weight from some medication I am taking and exercising more.

My goal is 125 and I usually eat around 1500 calories a day.

Anyone else?

I am thinking that I want to be 117-120 [fluxuate] I am 5'5-5'5.5 depends I guess lol.

I just hope I can get there and try and build my self confidence with my self image. I hate feeling fat for sure. I also wouldnt mind some abs showing or a flat tummy :]

That's awesome that you want to build your self-image, but just remember that beauty doesn't lie in a number on the scale!

I gauge my progress by my muscle tone, measurements, and the way I feel about my body.

Like I said, I have lost quite a bit of weight, but I still want to gain because I want to be more muscular.

I hope you find your ideal size and shape! And remember not to dwell on comparisons!

I'm 5'5"-ish and I've recently gained up to 125 pounds from 100, and my goal is 115.. although I can't say I'm too unhappy here (:

Last time I checked, my measurements were 36/25/35.

edit (updating): i'm now 5'7" & weight 130lbs.

My measurments are 35/26/35

Im going to try and get down to 120/123lbs so I can be happier about myself :]

wow you guys have low weight goals compared to me. I'm 5'5 and i currently weigh 137, i'm aiming for 130. i started at 147. But i have a large build so i guess that could be why my goal is at a higher weight.

Hello everyone! I'm 18, 5'6" and weigh about 143lbs at the moment (Down from 170-ish) and I've set my goal somewhere around 130lbs, but I've never been very good at estimating that sort of thing.

I'm doing my best to get off my lazy butt and work out a little more, but it's sort of a struggle for me (my mom is very athletic whereas I just don't have that mentality, and she tends to expect a little more from me then I'm good for xP). I think exercise is really the only way I'll be able to get over my plateau and shed those last ten pounds, though =)

I really should take my measurements, people keep telling me I look like I'm slimming down, but my scale begs to differ. I think I'll dig out the ol' measuring tape after So You Think You Can Dance is over...

Hi guys! I'm 5'5.5"-5'6". I'm 20 and I currently weigh about 125 but it depends on the day (I have food intolerances to wheat and casein so if I mess up I get bloated and gain like 5 lbs water weight!! awful I know).

My measurements are 33-26?-34 (I think lol). I don't have much of a waist, boo. It's alright though.

My goal weight is around 115-118 Do you think that's too low? I'm in recovery from an ED but I've gained back more weight than I wanted to, I just want to take it slow this time and stop when I need to stop.

'Allo! I'm 14, 5'5" and I weigh 158.

My goal is 132. I'd probably like to go a little lower and become super toned, but my goal weight for the time being is 132, and I'm sticking to it!

The only time I was thin was back when I didn't even realize I was thin, probably younger then the age of 7. I've always been chubby, I'm doing my best to lose weight now so that I don't have to worry about losing weight when I'm adult.

And you know.. feeling attractive among my peers would be a nice thing too. XD

At about 5'5", my current weight is about 110 with a body fat% of about 13%.  I need to gain weight and get my bf% higher b/c I haven't had my period for almost a year now.  I'm aiming to weigh about 115 and have a bf% of about 16%.  *sigh* I don't have hyperthyroidism or any kind of medical reason why I couldn't have gained the weight back already--its all just ED.

So I finally got my hands on a measuring tape, and I found out that my stats are 39.5-30-39.

I'm not sure how I feel about that ._.

Well I'm not 5'5", but I'm 5'4"...close enough right?

I'm 112 and aiming for 108.

hey i'm 5'6" and i've recently met my weight goal of 115lb

my measurements are 32/23/34 and i'm very much a pear shape, so i have huge thighs (down to 19.75" currently... the first time in years that i've broken 20". >"<)

I'm so excited, I just measured my height and since going into recovery 6 months ago, I've shot up almost two inches, bringing me to 5'6" 1/2!!!! SWEET! I'm so glad that I'm finally giving my body the nutrients it needs. It's been on semi-starvation diets since I was twelve :-/ so I guess I never really got that puberty growth spurt.... I'm so happy I'm not anorexic anymore. *happy moment*!

I'm 5'5" and currently 133.5 lbs. My measurements are 34/27/37.  My goal is to get to abt. 122 and tone up.  I'd like to lose a couple of inches around my waist and hips.

¡Hola, chicas! :)

I'm 5'6", 15 years old, and 118 pounds.  My starting weight was 126, and my goal weight is 113 by the end of August.  Anyone want to be a buddy?

xoxoxo Okie

hi, i'm a part it model and my measurements are 32 bust, 27 waist and 32 hips. I'm 5 feet 6 inches and I was 120 pounds but losing a job due to my larger waist, my goal is to drop to 108-110 pounds and slim down to a 24 inch waist like the other girls. At the moment I'm 113 pounds.

why 113? what are your measurements? when loosing weight you should balance your weight with your natural body measurements. i.e.: depending if you have a larger chest or naturally larger hips. i could use a body too actually.

hey

im a 15 almost 16 and just over 5'6" currently i weigh 149 and would like to get to 115-120. Although im not sure if 115 is too low so im going to see how i feel at 120 then see if i think i could go a little lower. Basically my goal is a flat stomach and to be a little toned. i dont know my measurments tho.
