5'5 and 5'6 people
What are your weight goals or measurements?
i'm 19, 5' 5", 138lbs, 35/27/40. my goal weight by the end of the summer is 125 lbs, and i'm hoping to shed a lot of my pear shape and get down to around 35/26/37.
thankfully i only fell victim to the freshman five this year instead of the full fifteen. i'd like to tone up though and develop good exercise habits so that i can continue them when i go back to school in the fall. i'm considering making a goal when school starts to lose another 5 lbs to bring me down to 120, but we'll see how things look by then. any fellow college students looking for support to ward off the evils of dining halls and junk food?
*sigh* im 13, 5'6 and I weigh 100 pounds. DO NOt say that that is too skinny because i was just diagnosed with anorexia, K?
I don't really know what my goal will be. I was thinking of toning my body and I will see where it leads me after a few months.
I want to at least get into the 120's. I weigh about 142 and I am 5'5 right now.
i'm 32-24.5-34 ans i guess i would like to be 34-24-34 but i don't think i can really choose where fat goes and doesn't go.
Heyyy. I'm Emily, 15, and 5' 6". :] Last time I weighed in, I was 124lbs.
I'm hoping, that by mid-September, I can tone up a bit and weigh somewhere around 117, maybe a little more, so that I won't die during Field Hockey season. It may be a little weird, but I really want some arm muscles, haha.

I would like to be at about 118-120 possibly, but judging by other people's weights on here, it should NEEDS be lower (Shoot, do I feel like an epic, fatty failure)

I'm 19, 5'6", SW 158, CW 148, GW 140...I think I have the highest goal weight in this whole thread! Whatever, I already feel pretty good about my body, so I think 8 more pounds should do it for me. I might want to get down to 135 though, I'll have to see. I haven't weighed that little since before high school. My measurements are 35-30-37.
Direwolf, your current weight that is apparently so horrible is lower than my goal weight, lol.

5'6.5", I'm 140 lbs right now, but my goal is 125-130. My frame is medium or small. I have already lost over 20 lbs, and my measurements, which seem kind of small, or something, are 36"-25"-36". I could stay at 140 and be okay with it, but I think a little lower would be best. I'm gonna stop losing when I feel comfortable. It's higher than most of the other people's goals on this post, but I don't want to be too skinny, and I like my curves (most of the time).
Hai, I'm 5'6.5 and I'm 118 pounds I'm just going to go down to 115 and then I plan to maintain. I've cut out most junk food except crackers. I'm almost there I can't give up now!

ive lost 30 lbs with a personal trainer about 8 months ago and trying to do it on my own now. i know im thicker than most and have a mid-size body frame so an ideal weight is 140-150 but i just wanna get to 160-170, and live healthier.
Hi I'm 22, 5ft6, 163lbs and 32-36-39 - Urgh - I blame having a baby for the weird pear shape!
My goal is about 125lbs and but that's dependent on muscle tone etc.
This time last year I was 214lbs so have lost 51 in comparison to then but now have an ED so have been up and down between 140-175 many times! Argh! It's soooo frustrating! I just wanna get down to 125 as am capable of maintaining when I want to, I maintained at 150 for ages but wasn't happy there.

my goal is 110 lbs and its VERY hard as I have a binge eating disorder and bulimic which is getting better now..the bulimic not binge eating so i gained a few pounds back since january.. Was 51.5-52 kg then..

I'm 22... 5'5''... goal weight of 135 lbs. Maybe 132. Probably 135. That's a lot higher than most of you guys, but it's right in the middle of the BMI healthy chart, and I have a fairly large frame, so. I've already lost quite a bit...

I'm currently a size 8 (US), but I'd be thrilled to be a size 6.
I'm soooo close... I've seen 139 pop up on the scale once, but I binged that day (as I do maybe once a month) and woosh bye bye. But I'll get to 135 lbs, soon enough, I'm determined.
Try this on for size. I'm 5'6'', nineteen, and weigh 253 pounds. I've lost ten from my original weight of 263 pounds. Kind of a waste of effort, huh? ![]()
I'm 5'6, medium build, 20, and lost 10lbs so far in a little over a week :) Weight now is 204 down from 215. Target weight 154 lbs, highest end of the BMI range.
I hope I won't yo-yo anymore. I've been yo-yoing since forever, with my slimmest at 172lbs. I actually don't get you guys, you guys should be happy with the body you have now, you have no pressing need to be thinner, but I guess everybody have different views on their bodies, so I can't comment.
I currently weigh 178, but I would love to get down to 135.

My goal is to maintain, and perhaps gain about 5 lbs. It would be nice to tone up a bit more, that's for sure.
