I find writing out in the CC journal really relaxing and I look forward to that every day, and it's a good way to track my thoughts and progress. I'm looking for similar-minded people, so if you keep a regularly-updated journal, I'll check it out and leave comments :)

Well, I am recently back but just posting in the journal really helps, I did just about every day and will be doing again just about every day.
I post to my journal every day. Most of the time, I eat dinner at home and then post my dinner calories the next morning at work. I also add little comments or thoughts on how I am doing. I'm currently in week #3 of doing this. I do use a kind of shorthand, however.

I am somewhat new. I didn't actually start when I joined before. But I enjoy writing in my journal everyday as well. And it is there for me to go back and reflect on when I felt. And it isn't about anyone else but my thoughts and feelings for the day. Good days and bad...it's there for me to vent on!

I don't post frequently but do occasionally. Good as a reminder to me about what I have accomplished and why I show stay on track.
Been keeping a journal for about 6 months now. Down 40 pounds with 30 to go! My favorite thing is finding a new positive quote to add to my journal every day. Keeps my spirits up when the scale gets finicky.

I don't update mine daily but when there are several new things happening to me hehe. A few lbs lost, struggles with exercising, etc. I'd love to have more journals to read too :)
Life keeps happenin' therefore I keep journaling- plus I think I'm addicted to journaling. Count me in!
I just started using the journals and I find them very therapeutic. I don't know why more people don't use them. Threads are so random and hard to find. Journals are always right there for you.

I just started last week or so, but writing while getting in shape seems to keep me on track - not to mention there's a *lot* to vent about!

I have fallen off the track alot but am working on journaling everyday or as much as possible. I welcome all comments or suggestions. I love reading other peoples journals too so i can see that i'm not the only one struggling.
