I've started my diet on february and would like to see who else is with me.

I just started Feb. 20. Weighed in at 214 and the scale read 211 today. Aiming for about 160 but want to be down at least 30 pounds by August.
I started February 5th at 133, and as of today am currently down to 129.4 :D
Started on Feb 13 @ 238 down to 230. Tomorrow is my weigh-in day. I'll have to get back to you on the result. Oh yeah I'm 5'5" and my goal is 150 by 12/31/07
I started Feb 11th weighing in at 172 lbs. Now 168 lbs. Only weigh in once a week and next time is Sunday 25th.
I started Feb. 3 at 155. I am now 148, I'm 5'5" and goal is 130 for now.
I started Feb. 12th at 120 and now I'm 114. I don't feel like I've actually lost any weight, though since my weight has always fluctuated between 115 and 120ish. I'm 5'2".
I started Feb 9 at 190 and now I'm 180 I have a feeling some of that is water though.
Started Feb 15 at 126lb, scales pretty stubborn so far (9lbs to lose). I'm having terrible trouble with bloating though, I think it's because I upped my dairy intake (yoghurt, mainly). Good luck!
I started today at 217 pounds had a hard time trying to lose weight but i think i was going about it all wrong
started january 31st at 134 and ive lost around 5.5 lbs in all =)

I started Feb. 3 at 140 lbs. I'm at 128 lbs. now. Unfortunuately, I've plateaued. I'm aiming for 115 lbs. by May 28. I'm 5'0.
this thread is actually really inspiring...because it shows how you can
really accomplish a noticeable weight loss in less than a month.
It kind of makes me want to get back into it :-)
I had started my diet acutally in Jan. Did so well that I gained from 188lbs to 192 lbs.....So I am more serious about dieting now, I had an official weigh in on feb 14/07 ( 192lbs) and lost 6.5lbs... (185.5 lbs) This dramatic weight loss is so very inspiring and was the kick in the pants that I needed to be more vigilant in what I am eating and when I am eating.... it has also been very motivational....

Started around the 1st of February. I started at 174 & I want to be at 130 or so by about Labor Day. I don't weigh myself because I get discouraged so easily. My regular work clothes are feeling pretty loose so I know I must be making progress. Good Luck to Everyone!
