At my height, (5'4.5)....110 to 115 would be pretty underweight.

 I have a medium frame. When I was 120 I had a body fat percentage of 15-17% while I was weight-training. I was far too thin..and my weight was only that high because of muscle mass.  Even dieting to an all time low of 117 I looked emaciated. Why are you shooting for such a low weight?

No, unfortunately that is my weight.

I don't mean to sound elusive.  Well....actually I do.

I fit into the category you are discussing, and I don't recommend it.

In my profile picture, which is a few years old, I weighed about 130lbs, so I don't look like that picture anymore, and I'm not going to post a current picture because I am too thin.

Believe me when I say it's not something you should strive for.

Most of the time, as we age, our clothes do fit differently.  Even though our weight may be basically the same, it tends to shift it's location.  Also, after multiple washings, things shrink over time.

While I do think it is wise to watch the scales and how healthy you are eating, I KNOW it is not wise to push yourself to an unhealthy weight just so you can fit into something that most people can't fit into anyway.

I know you were looking for specifics, and even though I've done it eating healthy foods and exercising, I have come to realize just how consuming something like this can be.  I am NOT in a happy place.

I would feel horrible if I led you down the wrong path.

edit to add: for people who are saying it's too thin for someone 5'4"....I've never weighed over 118 pounds in my life. I have a small frame and look completely healthy at 110 pounds. it depends on the person.

 Yes, this is true.  I have a medium frame.

 I have a medium frame as well. OP, what is your frame size? If you wrap your thumb and forefinger around your wrist do the overlap (small frame) just touch (medium frame) or do not touch at all (large frame) ?

1. My clothing size ranges from 2-4, but mostly 4.

2. 1200-1500 calories.

3. T-Tapp 15 minutes a day if any.

 

i am 5'5" and am a little less than 110 (110 if its TTOM), but i thought i'd help out anyways.

1.  size 23-24, 00 or 0 bottoms,  xs in tops

2.  1600-2000/day

3.  honestly, i haven't worked out in almost a year.  i'm pretty much sedentary.

5'4"/115-116

1. Men's 28 / boys' 16

2. When I'm not having stomach problems, 2000-2100 on a non-exercise day and around 2500 on an exercise day. When I am (like now) it's as much as I can keep down, which is usually much less.

3. Cardio 5x/week, temporarily suspended; weightlifting 3x a week.

I am exactly 5'4 and 115 pounds.....however I have a large chest so wear medium sized tops.

1. What size clothing are you? 2-4 mostly 2's in pants, 4's in dresses

3  What is your workout routine? my 11 month old and 5 year old. Every now and then I do situps, but mainly I practice gymnastics with my daugther.

I am also a medium frame but do not feel I am too thin, actually my goal weight is 108.....not that I will ever get there but that is why its a goal.

i'm 5'4.5 and i weigh 113-116 lbs.. but for some reason i my weight it increasing.

1. I wear a size 4 in pants... but i guess it really depends on the brand, because I can wear size 2 too.) Usually it's 2's in dresses and 4's in pants

2. I consume about 1800-2500 calories a day

3. Cardio 4 days a week, running 2 miles about 5 days a week

 

Technically, i'm a small frame because my fingers overlap on my wrist, but I have really broad shoulders and hips (small waist)... so I guess I look like a medium frame! :)

By the way... am I consuming too many calories?

 

I'm exactly around that range, 5 4 and currently 114 lbs. I believe I am small framed as the wrist test tells me I am definitely so.  I have the pear shape which always led me to believe I might be medium boned on bottom but it might just be that that is where the fat is stored. Currenlty I'm a size 2-4 but mostly four just like one of the posters above. I wear mostly xs on top though and sometimes small if it's a European brand.

My lowest ever has been around 108/109 but that was after a fever and stomach upset and it did not last beyond 2 weeks. I looked pretty emaciated and basically lost my already small chest.

my goal is to build more muscle-I've been resistance training in addition to regular cardio for some time. I wouldn't mind being a muscular 112 but I already look pretty slim and people tell me so:)

oh and if I want to lose I eat around 1350-1500 and exercise on average 90 min a day every day. (sometimes 1 hour sometimes 3 hours). I usually lose 1 lb a week on that-at least. mostly though I can't eat below 1750 ...
