Classic Peruvian dish of ground corn and pork

Recipe Ingredients for Pepian de Choclo

6 cups corn
250 grams of pork
2 tbsp olive oil
6 garlic cloves
1 large onion
1 cup of chicken stock
1/2 cup cilantro
1 chili peppers

Recipe Directions for Pepian de Choclo

Cut the pork into 2-inch cubes and fry in the olive oil with the chopped onion and garlic in a large soup pot. Using a blender or food processor, puree the corn kernels, then add the chili peppers and cilantro. Place the corn mixture in the pot with the fried pork, and add the chicken stock. Cook until the stew thickens. Enjoy with rice.
