Spin on the sausage egg breakfast casserole b/c I had a mix of different ingredients.

Recipe Ingredients for Pepperoni Breakfast Casserole

1 serving Gallo Pepperoni
1 slice Deli Style Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese
2 medium Egg, Whole
1 roll Sandwich Thins
2 oz Water
3/10 tbsp 67% Buttery Spread

Recipe Directions for Pepperoni Breakfast Casserole

Break down sandwich thin in food processor. Chop up pepperoni real small. In a bowl mix eggs and breadcrumbs. Grease bottom of oven safe dish with smart balance butter approx 1 tsp. pour 2/3 of bread crumb egg mixture into the dish. layer all of cheese over top with most of the pepperoni pieces. cover with remaining breadcrumbs/eggs and toss remaining pepperoni pieces on the top. Bake 30 mins.
