| 2 | tsp extra-virgin olive oil |
| 1 | small onion, finely chopped |
| 3 | garlic cloves, minced |
| 3 | pepperoncini, minced |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1/8 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | large zucchini, shredded |
| 2 | ounces goat cheese, crumbled |
| 1 | cup cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 1/4 | cup chopped fresh basil |
- Saute onions, garlic, salt pepper and pepperoncinis.
- Prepare 8oz pasta
- Add pasta, basil, cheese, tomatoes and zucchini to the onion mixture and heat over a medium heat for 2 minutes.
