Hmmm, wow. In Jan '05, I was 223lbs.
Now, I am (as of yesterday) 168lbs.

This thread is great. I started at 215 and now I'm 178 = 37 lbs, so 17%. Wow, that's motivating as hell! Thanks, I was just begining to feel a little unispired.

I use a digital scale to measure my body fat, but this is more the body mass you lost. Subtract what you weigh now from what you weighed when you started here, and then divide that number by your original weight. Did that help?

Started at 200, down to 192. That equals 4%. I like the sound of that; sounds like more than just 8lbs!!!

23.5% of my initial body mass (306 lbs.) in a little over a year.
I guessed I was almost at 15%, but decided to find out exactly. I'm at 14.8%! Thanks for giving me a reason to figure it out. :) Kelly
I started at 210 and am down to 187.5, which means I have lost almost 11%!
191 from 295 so 35% of my start weight.
Hmm, I've lost 16 lbs from 175, which is (I'm guessing) around the 10% mark.
28.6% from my highest weight. I think I like that number.
