10% coming up. . . How to speed up the process?

Quote  |  Reply

I've been trying to lose weight the past few months, and so far I've lost about 20 pounds. The past two weeks or so I've been plateauing because I haven't been whole heartedly going at it. Anyway, my birthday is in 14 days, and I'd like to lose the last 6 lbs by then so I can reach my -10% goal. If anyone has any personal experience with losing weight fast but keeping it off please share. I would really like to reach this goal on time but it would be pointless if I gained it right back. I plan to do cardio at the gym every day for an hour, but does anyone have any other tips to share? That'd be great, thanks! Smile

What has helped me is to mix it up a bit. If you do cardio a lot now, switch to strength training or vice versa. I mix it up between running and pilates. Eating a different calorie amount for a day or two can help as well.

Thanks! I'll try that! :)
