that is an awfully high fruit percentage. the extra sugar from fruit in such high amounts could be negative. be weary if you have diabetes or are at risk. high amounts of fruit can also cause diarrhea, which may be how this plan is supposed to "pour" the pounds off: definately NOT a good or pleasant way to do it.
I would add that in the meat percentage to stick with the turkey and eliminate the red meat
id switch the veggies and the fruit... but if you are talking calories then i think its fine, i mean, an apple is 100 cals.  If you are eating 3000 cals a day (which is probably a loss amount for you), then 1500 a day from fruit... 15 apples (or whatever, bananas are about the same).  Then 25 percent veggies... green beans (canned) are like 20 per cup, 750 cals of veggies, thats a crap load of veggies.... and like 3 servings of meat.

I might put in like `10 percent carbs just so you dont feel so... restricted.

A lot of people here try to do 30-60 percent carbs, 30-50 percent protein, and 10-20 percent fat.  Not sure if that added up but you know what I mean.
If it were me, I'd switch the veggies and the fruit.  I'd also add some whole grains.
