Percentages, how much fat?

anyone know what is a good percentage of daily fat, protein and carbs??

it varies. Some say 50/30/20 (carb/fat/protein) is a good rule, other prefer 40/30/30. There is no hard and fast rule. Why not change them around and see which works best for you, your food preferences, lifestyle and results seen.

 

I tend to see better results when I cut back on the carbs but I could never go low carb. I'd be miserable.
