The Perfect Turkey Sandwich
There'll be left-overs for many of you lucky Americans this weekend - so what's your secret for the perfect turkey sandwich? I like mine on toasted multi-grain bread with cranberry sauce instead of mayo.

Same here. Or on rye with swiss cheese.
Perfect or healthy? Perfect would be white bread with lots of turkey and white gravy. My healthy alternative is wheat with fat free mayo and some breast meat. Either way, I'm ready for that bird!
the perfect turkey sandwich is open-faced on toast with plenty of gravy and stuffing. yum!
damn. where am i going to get some turkey sandwich fixin's?
I like turkey sandwiches with cranberry sauce and brie cheese. Sooo good!

Brie? Now that would be tasty. Come to think of it, we recently found a really nice goat cheese with a cranberry and port sauce that would be excellent on a sandwich - I'm gonna have to try that at Christmas!
I have a great treat if you like cranberry and brie. You would have to eat in moderation for it to be healthy at all but.....
Take Puff pastry(usually in the freezer section, pepridge farm) and cut each sheet into 12 squares. Stretch to make 3x3 squares and press into mini muffin pans and put a small square of brie and a tsp of cranberry jelly into each one and bake for 10-15 min at 350 or according to puff pastry instructions until golden brown on the corners.
Very easy and a great appetizer!!!!
The first thing that sprung to mind was The Moist Maker..
It sounds weird, but I've been putting a little pumpkin puree on my turkey sandwiches along with a swiss laughing cow cheese wedge. Throw that on a george foreman grill for a minute or so, so goood.
Perfect? Turkey with mashed potatoes on sour dough bread, with sprnkle of salt on top, and a bit of mayo. :)
I love a good turkey wrap: all white meat turkey, whole grain wrap, baby romaine and spinach, cranberry sauce (Willams-Sonoma makes a great one) and mayo or a laughing cow cheese wedge spread. Mmmm.

Mashed potatoes in a sandwich? That's a new one for me. Mind you, a good friend makes potato chip sandwiches - apparently it's a British thing!
cello, that sounds divine! I want that!
My favourite turkey sandwich is on really fresh multigrain bread, both light and dark turkey slices, a bit of low-fat mayo and yellow mustard, lettuce, and some turkey stuffing (dressing). YUM.
Only works with my mom's stuffing though. It's the BEST....she makes it with grated potato, carrot, celery, and onion, milk, and lots of spice. And toasted bread. The secret is the toast. And some crazy turkey spice that is decades old, I don't know what we'll do when it runs out!

mmmmmmmm potato chip sandwiches!!!
My favourite day after sandiwhc is loads of turkey on any kinda bread, preferably nice and grainy like soy and linseed or similar with lots of stuffing and lots of cranberry sauce, and a touch of salt. Mmmmmm!
I actually ate a turkey sandwich today (im in the UK so no thanksgiving here) that i bought from the supermarket for lunch. It hade turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and some kind of spicy sausage. The sausage was a bit weird I thought... but *drool* that was one good sandwich!
