Period after pill?

Quote  |  Reply

I haven't had my period in a while so my gyno gave me a lighter version of birth control pills... It's not really full blown BCP, its a mix of esgen + progen pills apparently they usually give to people who have menopause. (my mom was afraid of the pill and bad side effects, blah blah so they gave me a lighter version I think)

So I had my period back... in its full blown out amount. I had period after taking the pills for a week but it was really light that lasted for like 3 days (it was more like a light spotting) Now I've been taking these pills for 21 days (I was suppose to take it for 28 days so it came early. Does this happen often?) and I have a heavy flow like I used to...

Just wondering, when you got your period back, was it a light or a heavy flow? I expected a light flow like the first time but I'm surprised how its like it originally was.. o_O I'm hoping my body's sorta coming back to normal...

I also stopped binging so much! YAY me. I can sorta control myself.. binging was from my "OMG I'm so unhealthy right now because I can't even have a friggin period!" and "OMG I'm such a fatass" fight... so I decided to even these two out. =_= I decided to go between my healthy/dieting self and lets pig out self.

1 day of eating healthy stuff (tofu, vegetables, fruits. Trying to cut down on junkfood), low calorie. 1 day of eating some junk food + meals. 1 day of sticking to main meals during the day rather than junk food/snacking. I realized going back and forth keeps me sane and won't make me eat like crazy. If I need junk food, I just take a day and sorta take a meal calorie to my junk food calorie. I make up for it by having a healthy day the day after eating chicken breasts, tofu, etc. I gotta live!

I haven't binged full blown (3000+calories) in awhile, and I'm proud :)

I also stopped exercising and weighing myself. I don't think I gained much weight, I just go back and forth now eh. I want to lose more weight later but that can wait, I'm just going to set like a year deadline so I can do it slowly (last 10 lbss)

How often should you eat during the day?

It is neither necessary to eat every two hours nor to stop eating at 6:00 PM. As long as your calorie intake is less than your output... Read more
