Work out. Yes, the exercise will release the natural endorphins in your body, and you will feel better. However, I will also say that depending on how hard or what I do, I have a heavy flow right after and have to be prepped for that. Must say that I am peri-menopausal and it may not be an issue for you.
It really does help cramps, even if in my case it might have been that my legs hurt so much afterwards that I forgot about my stomach cramps! Haha. Hope you get on alright :)
well! i took your advice and went for it, now i feel MUCH better, and my cramps are gone! thanks
GOOD, cause I was gonna say HELL YEAH exercise helps during this time! That's one thing I know FOR SURE! It even makes the cramps go away withOUT a pain pill! By the way, if you start taking an Ibuprophen a few days before you start, it should help keep the cramps at bay (not 100% but it helps)! Just keep taking one once you start. Works for me.

There's also an accupressure point that helps: see that bony protrustion by your ankle? Take your first two fingers and move up TWO two-finger lengths (or four fingers I suppose -- lol!) from that bone and press RIGHT THERE between the two tendons that are right there. It's miraculous! You can FEEL the cramps DISAPPEARING! Worth a try!
i have noticed that once i get going i will have an incredible workout with more energy than usual. weird.
