Check it out. PF Chang's is on the site. Well, SOME of their stuff. :)
P.F. Chang's has very recently revealed some nutritional info on their food dishes... this info wasn't available a couple of months ago, I know because I looked.

http://www.pfchangs.com/cuisine/menu_main.jsp

Also remember these calories are for the entire dish... except the entrees don't include the rice, but the rice is listed as well. Looks like some of the vegetarian dishes might be good.
Holy cow their nutrition facts are insane! Do you really have to go there? Oo
EVERY BITE is well worth every calorie.  By far my favorite restaurant!  Definitely get the lettuce wraps - they are unbelievably good!
buddha's feast is 200 calories steamed or 430 stir fried! that doesn't count the rice. this is what i got last time we ordered in for lunch here at work. i got it stirfried since i thought just steamed veggies would be depressing with everyone else eating the real stuff. it was really tasty!! lots of sodium though, that's the only downside!
My "3-hour diet on the go" book suggests the China Bistro Shrimp Dumpling Appetizer (order them to be steamed) or the China Bistro Mango Chicken (only eat half of it) or the China Bistro Singapore Street Noodles (only eat half of it)
I love the chicken lettuce wraps from the appetizer menu-  and even if you eat every bit it is about 500 calories.

I usually only eat half, and save the other half for lunch the next day and that way I can have some rice too. A full cup of brown rice is only about 100 calories. So, sodium intake aside, I think it is a solid option without busting your count.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I think I might go with the Lettuce Wraps, or split one of the other suggested meals with my friend.  It is so nice that they show nutritional info on their website.
hmm, i think a cup of cooked brown rice is closer to 200 calories.
ooOO, the cantonese scallops looked great to me!  and it's only 400 calories and 16 g of fat ... not bad (considering)!
I love PF Chang's but haven't been there since my diet started. For healthful tasty options order the Shanghai cucumbers as an app. They are YUMMY.

Please also note that the calorie info listed is for the entire dish!!!! Maybe that will make some things less bad as most foods are served "family style" and are enough for two+ people.

According to P.F. Chang's nutrition facts posted on their website, the facts are PER SERVING and each dish has up to 3.5 servings per dish!!

Going by the nutritional content... here are some options I'd choose from:

- Seared Ahi Tuna (ask for the mustard sauce on the side and just dip your fork in it)

- Spinach Stir-Fried with Garlic (small or large)

- Gluten Free Salmon

- Buddha's Feast Steamed
