I'm going there tonight with my parents, I know we'll be getting lettuce wraps as an appetizer to split, but I can't decide what to get for my entree! It's all so bad for you. What do you guys suggest? I only eat chicken and seafood, no beef or pork.

Help!! I've been doing so well for the past week and I don't want to ruin my progress!

Haha I'm going there for dinner too :) They post the nutrition facts on the website, fyi.

I always get the Singapore Street Noodles (570 for the whole thing, which is a TON of food... if you're going with family, I'm sure someone else wouldn't mind splitting it with you) and/or the Cantonese Shrimp (330) which aren't as big as the Street Noodles but again, the calories aren't that high either.

Overall it's a really yummy restaurant and not too bad for you. Have fun!

Mm thank you they both sound yummy :)

I tried to convince my parents to get the tofu lettuce wraps instead of the chicken ones, but I don't think they'll go for it. I'm sure the tofu is better for you!

If I were you I would order...

- The Wild Salmon (from the Grill Menu) but I would ask my server for no citrus-soy sauce (just ask for simply grilled plain) & I would ask for no rice but extra steamed/sauteed in olive oil vegetables... If they cannot do that, ask them if the rice is whole grain as opposed to simply WHITE & only eat HALF of the entree because as listed it says it has a whooping 1000 calories!! YIKES! That citrus-coy sauce obviously adds TONS of calories & I bet their rice serving size is ENORMOUS!

- The Seared Tuna (In the starter section of the Regular Menu) - 266 Calories

- The Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon sounds yummy & healthy - 646 Calories

- The Bikini Shrimp Salad - 192 Calories (no dressing)

- Spinach Stir Fried with Garlic (ask for least amount of oil possible) - 140 Calories in a large!

- The Buddha Feast steamed! - 137 calories!

HEY HEY - if you actually eat low calories... you can MAYBE eat dessert - I never advocate eating dessert but if you are one who can never surpass it... then order the apple pie mini dessert, the banana split mini dessert, or the coconut-pineapple ice cream

* ENJOY YOURSELF

I eat the spinach dish. It's high in iron and really good mixed in with brown rice and some sauce!

I get the Chicken Lettuce Wraps as an entree.  If you eat the entire thing, its only 510 calories and it would definitely fill you up!

I'm just jealous that you have a pf changs... I have to drive 80 minutes to go there!  I usually enjoy the lettuce wraps and the wonton soup, and then we split an entree, actually between two of us we split it all.

The tofu wraps are really tasty.  I didn't check nutrition on them, but that's what I always get.

Don't forgo the citrus soy sauce. It adds very few calories, only about 35 for 2 tablespoons. Now it is high in sodium which if you drink lots of water for the next 2 days, you'll flush it out.

Well everything is served family style, so with my parents we got the chicken lettuce wraps, which I had one of.

We got the orange peel chicken, and I knew that seemed pretty fattening so I just had 3 or so bites to taste. We got the cantonese scallops with snow peas, and I had 3 or 4 scallops, and we got buddha's feast of vegetables which I ate a TON of. I had about half a serving of brown rice.

I don't know how to log these calories, but I had about 500 allotted for dinner and all in all I think I did pretty well. :)

I get the chicken lettuce wraps too as my entreé. It's awesome. But everything you did end up having sounds delicious! I think I'll have to get the Buddha's Feast next time - that sounds great. Along with my chicken wraps of course.

mmmnn I love the tofu lettuce wraps... I always get it as a entree! So good.
