PGX Are you taking it? Any Good Stories to share? What do you think about it?

My mom's doctor advised my mom to go on PGX to help speed up her metabolism and get her sugars stabilized.

I am also taking it now to help me with my hunger problem and to speed up my metabolism.

I wanted to know if there are any others on it and if they have any good stories to share about how its helped them.

I've never heard of it (and, frankly, am an avid believer in eating good, nutrious food and exercising on a daily basis to lose weight and get healthy--and not rely on a pill), but for what it's worth, here is a link to some reviews of the product.

The thing is though that you have to change your eating habits to have normal portions. Not over sized like what I used to do. Also you need to work out. This pill I have to say does help with my cravings as well as my hunger problem.

Anyone else have good results?
