2/3 cup rice
2 cups milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 pheasants
3 ounces Lipton Onion soup mix

Recipe Directions for Pheasant and rice casserole

  1. cut up pheasant and put in pan

  2. boil rice

  3. Mix rice, milk, and soups together

  4. pour mixture over pheasant

  5. place foil over pan and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees
