Phoenix's Breakfast Smoothie - Standard Recipe

Cold breakfast. OK before yoga class.

Ingredients
1 scoop (Designer Whey) Whey Protein powder, vanilla praline
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fruit juice
1 tablespoon flax oil
1/2 small banana, frozen
1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in blender.

  2. Blend 3-4 minutes until fluffy and thick.
