| 1/2 | cup grape juice, 100% juice, purple |
| 1/4 | cup cranberries, frozen |
| 6 | strawberries |
| 1 | scoop whey protein powder |
| 1 | tablespoon flax oil |

- Put juice, milk, yogurt, cranberries and strawberries into blender.
- Add whey protein powder.
- Blend.
- Add flax oil when partially blended (otherwise it goes to the bottom of the blender and doesn't mix).
