Before & After Photos ??

Id love to see before and after photos. This site is great and i think viewing other peoples weight loss will help me obtain my goal and keep pushing me to use this great site. thanks.

I have before/after pics on my profile also.  So far, 200 pounds lost through diet and exercise.

pictures are in my profile (not in the gallery) for all to see.

Before 144lbs and after 134lbs, only 10lbs difference but makes a huge difference. Shows that even small changes are worth making.

Congrats to all of you.  All of your pics look really great.  After almost 3 months, I think my pics are more of a before & still, but I agree that as a progress tracker, even though still embarrassing, I should get them in my profile.  It will only make the end result that much sweeter.

Now, if only I could get a picture taken on a boat like the one Chelseagirl is on, that would be friggin sweet.

My main picture is before and after...before I was 210 lbs now I am 140 lbs.  BTW the before picture was when I was only at 205.

Mine are posted....before at 245 and current at 132...aiming for another 10 off the body.

Holy cow!  'Only' 10 pounds, but what a difference!

There are before and in-progress pics in my gallery. There's one at my highest of 227 and one that combines three pics at 195, 185, and 175. I'm at 170 now and waiting another five pounds to take another pic for the series.

kaufmkk, I am so amazed of your photos. I have been meaning to tell you this before but you look...more than incredible. I can't believe your transformation! CONGRAUTLATIONS!

I have some in my gallery.  I am not at my goal weight yet but I am down about 55lbs so far....

I'm new to this site, but I put up pix of my starting weight at 237, and my lowest at 140. That 97 lbs made a HUGE difference! The fat pictures barely look like me, almost like I'd just swallowed myself whole! It feels really good to share them though, because I've kept them hidden from the world and been very reclusive and shameful about my weightloss until now.

I've started at 160, went to 117, now I'm back at a NORMAL weight for me of 125... I have some pictures in my gallery... the one at my heaviest looks like they've just put helium in me.... just like a big birthday balloon.... wow.... Thanks for this post, made me realize how much I've changed in these last 2 1/2 years...
