Before and After Photos

I just found these photos on an old phone...

I NEVER would have believed I was that big. I knew I was fat, I hated my body, I didn't want to go out...in fact I didn't leave the house unless I had to.

Now that I see myself the way I was; I now realize I have given my self the best present ever. A healthy body which is helping me to be stronger mentaly and physically and upping my self esteem bit by bit every day.

So here they are:

Both my husband and I lost weight, he lost 16 kg, I lost 23 kg over around 6 months. Mostly thanks to TBL and CC....SO THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!!!

Honestly, I think you are gorgeous before and after! I can see why you'd be happier in a smaller size, but you're pretty either way.

Just to be nosey what is your height? I started off at a similar weight and my goal is similar to yours! Its  nice to see how I may look (or close to) :)

Also, I need a little extra motivation these days, as here where I live (Perugia, Italy) it's the European Chocolate Festival (here's the link). They have so much yummy stuff, and stupidly yesterday I came home with two jars of gianduia (which is kind of like nuttela) but in many different flavors....I got limoncello and Chill flavors. I will try to eat it slowly, responsibly and log the calls =D

I too live in Italy!  I am in Rome, but we are coming to Eurochocolate in Perugia this weekend!  I am so excited!  I LOVE chocolate, but I will have to restrain myself :)

We went yesterday, it's hell on earth for anyone who loves anything sweet and chocolaty.

But if you do come...There is an amazing chocolate and almond, no flour cake right where you get of the escalator to enter the center of Perugia (it's a big stand with many different things, chocolate covered fruit, various confetti and truffles etc. but the cake it divine). Milka has a fun stand with activities and free give-aways.

In all truth it's all nice, fun but a temptation from beginning to end. I hope you love it. 

Wow! You look brilliant - you did an amazing job! There is nothing more motivating than before/after pics, I think, it really gives you confidence that you can lose too :)
