I photoshopped myself to see what I will look like at lower weights.... accurate??
Look at the 2 pics I uploaded today -- Aug 07. One is what I think I will look like in 7-5 lbs., at 145. The next is what I will look like at 135, 130, 125, 120. Obviously this isn't very accurate because things like shading from the light and whatnot will change considerably once I'm flatter and whatnot, but in terms of change in body composition vs. pounds lost,
how accurate do you think my estimates are? Please check out the one I uploaded yesterday, which shows actual change in body composition with two real before and after pics, with the change of 5 lbs., from 158 to 153ish.
Looking at your other pictures I think your 130-135 estimates look more like what you looked like at 145 than your 145 estimate. That is what you were in the black and white stripped shirt pictures right?
Yeah, the 135 does look like me at 145 more so. Ok, so then shift everything by 10 lbs. Then I would be stick thin at 130?
I guess so. *shrugs* Do you want to be stick thin?? I think you look smokin' at 145.
No, I like the weight which says 125, which I guess now would be 135, which has been my goal now for a while (133). But I just want to know the accurate amount of weight i want to lose to look the way i want to look, and it could be anywhere from 10-30 lbs... which is a big difference. i just don't know what I will look like at these weights, so it's hard to know if I will still be dieting in a month, or in 4 months....
I know how you feel. I am currently at my lowest adult weight, so I don't have any references. I did make one of those virtual models, but I doubt it is accurate for me because I have a huge frame and am pear shaped. I'm trying to "diet" in a way that I could do forever, not something short term, so that all I will have to change when I go to maintenance is the amount I eat. Personally, I am not too concerned about how long it will take me to get down to my goal weight as long as I get there eventually and can stay there! And I have no problem with changing my goal weight once I get closer to a weight that looks and feels good on me. They are just numbers....a good way to chart progress but kinda useless beyond that since people are so different.

Biggest piece of advice I can give: don't think of it as dieting! Think of it as a lifestyle change, and that you're going to be eating the way you are now for the rest of your life.
I've had the mindset of "dieting" multiple times, and each time I reached my goal weight and was finished "dieting" I eventually gained all the weight I had lost back and then some.
So....lifestyle change > dieting.
Just to warn you sometimes people lose weight in one area faster than in others. I went from 135 to 113 and lost a lot of my breasts. It might not come off evenly.
