Just curious to see what you teens can do physically. As in, how much endurance do you have? Do you do exercises like cardio, running, etc? Gymnastics? I admin I'm not physically fit well, I can't run more than a half a mile or so at once. I used to do cardio tons but not so much anymore, I can barely do 10 pushups. Gymnastically, I can do a somersault and a headstand. Great, eh?

I have a 5:45 mile, and a 12:30 2 mile. i bench 150 ( 10 rep) i squat 275 umm 50 pushups per set. 35 pull ups. im on varisty soccer and varisty tennis (im a freshman):) i can also swim the pacific ocean in 10 minutes.

I can jog/run 6k in under half an hour.

I'm a girl, age 18, 130lbs, 5'4"
Hmm..... My endurance isn't very good for running, but I have a pretty small recovery time. I'm a sprinter- my best time is 12.9 in the 100, which is my speciality.

I'm a black belt in martial arts and love to spar. I can do 47 push-ups. And am trying desperately to get to 50.

Umm.... I can bench my body weight?

well am really athletic. i do soccer, track, basketball and volleyball. Right now, i have school, then track practice right after for a couple hours, then soccer practice RIGHT after that. uhm... i go on runs a lot so i can run 5 miles at the least. my mile time is between 7:30 - 7:50. im trying to get it down to at least 7 minutes (:

well, at school they make us run nonstop for 30 minutes.

my mile time is around 9:30-10.

pacers i do around 40-45.

I'm AWESOME at softball.

Pull-ups: I can do 18 in a row

I can do a front flip.

And several front-handsprings in a row.

And several back-handsprings in a row.

i can do a lot of random stuff on the trampoline ha

i can run 6-7 miles if i try in about an hour

i can do 50 push ups in a row

and i can stand on my head for forever lol

i wish i could be better physically but i'm too lazy haha. :) and i'm pretty good at stunting! as you can tell i'm a cheerleader.

if im pissed off enough i can bike for 30-40 miles

I bike 30-40 miles on an average day (on top of walking to various places/with my puppy) and have biked as much as much as 75 miles in one day. I'm 3/4ths of the way to a century ride!! :)

I can do a back bend into a loop shape hands-to-feet, and stand back up ungracefully
