It has taken me 4 months to get where I am today.
How tall are you and what's been your calorie intake and workout regimen?
Wow! My goal is to lose 70 lbs., and so far I have lost 21. It feels great to be getting there, and I love all the energy I have for my kids and husband now! It's almost as if the real me has been hiding behind this gelatinous layer of fat, and slowly I am shedding it to join the world again! But you are there already, enjoy it!
