Wow!  You have made some *amazing* progress!  Can't wait to see your next month's progress pictures.  Keep it up and you will be at your goal in no time!  :)
Wow, huge difference. Did you really lose 15 lbs in a month?! That's amazing. What's more amazing is that I can see you have less fat and more muscle in all your pics. You are really looking toned, your stomach looks great. Congratulations, you have a lot to be proud of. What is your workout routine, might I ask (I am so needing to get in shape myself!)?
Thanks, i've worked hard. As i am sure we all have. Your reply means a lot. =]

Im starting this months pics this friday *crosses fingers*
Fantastic!!! You're going to have the flattest abs ever!

I did one month pics today, too! (I'm not brave enough to do 'em with my tummy showing, tho!)
well nycgirl, i eat healthy. No fast food & if i have no choice i make sure it's portioned.

I work out 4-5 times a week. Cardio 30-1hr. Weights/crunches. The works. I just alternate the days so that i don't over work my body.

ps. i didn't lose 15lbs but what a difference 8 1/2lbs made huh?? yeap only 8 1/2lbs lost. But i gained so much energy & muscle! =]
lol tamara, be proud of your progress [you've come a long way!]. Who cares that they're not perfectly semetric and toned. You worked hard to get there!
wow! amazing! you got me motivated :p
oh and the reason why i don't count when i started at 166 is because i feel that since i started my diet at my plateau of 159lbs, that's technically when i made the decision to change my life.
you look beautiful!
keep at it

xoxoxoxoxo
Thanks Tamji. =] Glad you all liked.
Man, that is a real motivator.

I am thinking I should take some pics now.  I don't have any from before (highlighting stomach, legs, etc.), but I could start now.  I still have a ways to go till it is all off.

Before I hated my picture taken.  I even thought, "no way am I putting my picture out there" when I saw other people put their pics online.

Now I see how motivating it is, I may have to add my pic and update it in a month.
great tlm!

I'm glad i can be of motivation to others. Take your pics NOW. sometimes you'll be down in the dumps and the scale is stuck at one place & when you look back at your pics and take some new ones you notice the difference in muscle and inches. You're likely to get less discouraged. I especially recomend this, during TOM. =]
Congrats on your weight loss. To have such a noticeable difference shows you really are committed...truly inspiring. Keep it up!
Hey girl!!!!

You have been busting it off....... Im so glad that you are seeing progress.. What a great motivator for all of us!!!!!! You cant believe how you will motivate at least one other person... to keep on.... keepin' on!!!

THANKS.. GREAT JOB!!
ar! i wish i never sold my camera lol.

anyways, its good to see that results can happen in a month like that. monts seem to go by so quickly at times and i always think nothing will change in my body... but it looks like it can.

hell, im not skipping the gym today >:d
Good job, you look great!
Thanks everyone. I am so happy that i am able to motivate. When i needed motivation myself, i found this site. & i couldn't be happier with you beautiful people. I am glad i was able to find out in time before i got worse & it turned in to a health risk, i am only 20.
You look wonderful!  Keep up the good, hard work!
