Before and After Pics Needed!

Hello all you wonderful CC'ers!

I have a friend who needs motivation to work on herself (she's indicated she wants to, and tries to eat right but is falling off the wagon) and said that if she could see some before and after pictures, it might inspire her to work harder.

So, you lovely people, I'm wondering if anyone is willing to share their before and after pictures with me (and through me, her) to get her inspired!

The main reason she's not just looking at ads that show before/after is because they're very 'professional' looking and she doesn't trust that they're not photoshopped (and I wouldn't either! HAHA!)

EDIT:  I have been looking in profile galleries and such, but it's harder to find people with any after pictures!  Thanks again!

Make sure you take pictures of her! I have entire years in which there is no photographic evidence of my existence because of my weight.

My real "befores" aren't digital.  I took a while to catch up with the times...looked through some albums last night, WOW, I really don't remember being quite so, well, round.
