The pill & Bulimia?

This is my 1st post...

I want to start taking the pill but i make myself throw up whenever im home (dinner, lunch sometimes) and then work out 30 minutes sometimes. I know it's unhealthy but it calms me. I wonder if the pill COULD work if i take it in the morning, if it would have time to get absorbed by the body. I've been reading on some information on the web and its sorta no no doesnt work. What other contraceptive methods are there that would be efficient then?

By the way I still have my period =)

Would it be a good idea to talk about it with my partner or would that change his way of seeing me and give him the creeps? Haven't been with him for long, and my eating habits seem a bit too personal to talk about it yet, ... ? He wouldnt find it out himself i guess since i don't do it outside my house. I think he would be very down to earth with it/ open, but still i don't want him to treat me differently... and i think its still to early to tell him.

Only my brother knows about my vomiting.

advice?

you could get the depo shot.

I have the Implanon implant, and I love it. 3 years of no worries, cheap to get in and unlike the shot, if you have any side effects you just have it removed and its all out of your system within a fortnight. I did ther injection for years and it was good, but I know people who had bad effects and just had to put up with them til it wore off.

i'm pretty sure if you take it in the morning you are fine. doesnt it only take a few hours for the pill to be absorbed? that's what i thought anyways when i used to be in your situation...never got preggo so maybe?? haha otherwise there's the birth control patch too

stop vomiting

You need to get help for your bulimia.  Make an appointment with a doctor or a counselor, talk to an adult friend who will help you if you can't do it on your own.

Unhealthy does not begin to describe the damage that you're doing to your body.
