Pink FLuff

Help - Quick!  I'm going to a party Sat. and need the recipe for that pink fluff dip for fruit!  Can someone help me?  Thanks!   (yes, I know it's NOT low calorie! -  lol)

My MIL use to make a pink fluff thingy out whip cream, cottage cheese and strawberry jello, but I am not sure what else was put in it.

i just know how to make the normal white fruit dip. its just equal parts of cream cheese and fluff. so is you use 8 oz of cream cheese use 8 oz of fluff. Iunno if they make strawberry fluff if they do use that but the white dip is very yummy hmmm mayb i'll make that and bring it to my friends to night. Its actually her recipe.

Can't you just use strawberry cool whip?

It's cherry pie filling mixed with a tub of cool whip.  You can also add a can of crushed pineapple that's been drained and pecan pieces.

Fluff? Really? It sounds very eco friendly. Do you get it from your navel or from floor sweepings? : )

Here is an excellent but simple and very low cal pink (or whatever color you want it) fruit dip:

1 light n fit Fat Free Strawberry (or your favorite flavor) Yogurt

1 small tub of Cool Whip Free

1 small pkg of sugar free jello (I use the same flavor as the yogurt) sprinkled in to taste. I don't like using the whole thing it tases too sweet.

Mix well and serve.

This is wonderful spread on grahm crackers and put in freezer like an ice cream sandwich.

I  just use  low fat whipped cream cheese and add a slash of sugar free strawberry (or some other flavor) - syrup. You could also add herbs instead of the syrup- taragon, dill, garlic etc.
