pink patch = weight loss?
so i've been seeing all these advertisements for the Pink Patch. looks like a nicotine patch, but for food. ha! seriously, it's supposed to help boost metabolism and curb hunger. it claims to be a diet for non-dieters. i normally would think it's just another lame diet fad, but now people i talk to are getting it. even if it is a lame fad, as long as it helps shed a bit of pound-age i'm willing to try it.
anyone heard of, tried, or thinking of trying this out?

Yeah that might work, but wouldn't it make more sense to use the services this web site or another of the numerous similar web sites that provide tools for tracking your weight, calories, and goal. There is no simple, easy tool for losing weight, pounds won't just fall off and stay off. It's about educating yourself on the healthy and smart ways to lose weight.

LOL... That's not a bad idea... Next time I think "I've got 200 calories left for the day, how about that bag of chips?" ... I'll just look at the reminder on my hand as I'm reaching for them... Every little bit helps :)
clairesty your comments cracked me up, i love the whole idea of writing your goal weight on your hand, i think i might actually do that!!! lol.
glad to read everyone's comments about pink patch, i was quite tempted too, but have definitely changed my mind :)

wow, the question was about an ad i saw. shesh.
i do eat well. i do exercise. i was only curious. but thanks for the positive, if not a little negatively assuming, feed back.
LMAO. Sorry if i offended but im fed up of reading about people trying to find quick fixes and then complaining when they're scammed or pile the weight straight back on! pink patches, diet pills, special k diets, slimfast, its all the same! the only way to loose weight and keep it off and be healthy is to eat well and exercise!
Im also fed up of companies/fraudsters prying on peoples insecurities to sell false products and make money off them. the more people buy into them the more they are supporting this disgusting industry and leaving a gap for more and more of them to spring up!!
Fair play for checking it out though! at least you were being sensible.. I think both of these people were being a little tetchy about good solid advice though!!!!
Why do I get bad cramps after I eat?
