How'd everyone do the first day in? Get in some exercise? Stay on your diet plan?
I went rollerblading this morning with my girlfriend, she is on the red team and i should have pushed her in the water on our way around the trail. Sorry to say tho, she is far more advanced on those rolling wheels of death than i am. Also, im always within my calorie range, i cant go over. Ill feel like im letting myself down. I look at it the same way as when i quit smoking, one puff and its all i would need to start again. How about the rest of the team? How are you all doing?

I stayed within my cals yesterday and took a brisk 15 minute walk with my kids to the park (15 min there, 15 min back) I had my oldest zooming on his scooter so I was trying to keep up pushing my youngest on the bike/stroller thing. While there, I played on the equiptment with them (climbing, sliding, swinging). I also got in my exercises for another challenge (exercise and water drinking monthly challenge I am on) so I did my jumping jacks, pushups, crunches, squats there. Yea, no one else was there! There are also a set of steps so I went up and down them I dont know how many times while the kids played. I was feeling all of it by the time we got home. We'll see what activity I can come up with today. My Gym days are M-F.

Hello all! My name is CC and I need to lose about 50 pounds to meet my final goal of 135 pounds by May of next year. Unfortunately when I stepped on the scale this morning I was 189.4 - not sure what happened yesterday but I am going to make sure to try and fix it this weekend. Super excited about this challenge, we are totally going to kick some butt!!

I'm Faith and I have 45 pounds to lose before my first goal is reached. I'm hoping to get down to 190 by the end of this challenge. I'm counting cals and do my workouts at home.

I tell ya, the kids wanted pizza last night so we ordered. I had 2 slices of veggie on thin crust. I really wanted a slice of the kids xtra cheese hand tossed. Yumm. But I RESISTED! (cue 'ta-da' music) I Love pizza, and had to tell myself that I've already had plenty of pizza in my life and I will have it again......just NOT TONIGHT! I want a super weigh in and I want to fit into a new swimsuit!! Find a goal....short term....and FOCUS!
Hi CC! Hi Faith! Seems many of us have about 50 to lose! I am shooting for slightly under that. WE can all do this! Mindset! STRONG mindsets and determination! Anything is possible! Life is what you make it! (Here's my fave, found it on a T-shirt: CREATE THE WORLD YOU WANT!) I wish the Tshirt was in my size! Haha! I only saw it in a S and XS. But I sure loved that sentiment!
So, what is everyone's plans this weekend to incorperate some exercise?
well, i dont have the kids this weekend so thats out. but ill probably get some more rollerblading in. I bike allot too. My goal is about 90-100 pounds. Not in this challenge, but CC gives me a time frame of 2 years. Im not really following that, i stay within my calories and exercise and it will come when it comes.
That's right! You have a healthy attitude! I have went by the books and ended up losing pretty fast. Of course, I have had my own set backs....had plateau.....then I had 2 weeks where I simply 'fell off the wagon'. It happens. But I'm back, and not done yet.
I think I'm going to take the kids on another walk to the park today. Yesterday was fun....and I feel that it was a great workout on my body!

Hello! I'm Jen! Sorry, I'm a bit late checking in but I've thankfully been away from a computer for about 24 hours - oustide being active! I work in front of a screen all day...so it was nice to have a break.
I'm glad to be a part of the Pink team! I have lost almost 30 lbs since November, and still have quite a ways to go - so I'm looking forward to a little added incentive mid-stream! I've been doing Weight Watchers online, but decided to quit the program when I saw all the neat things going on here. I've only been on this site for a few weeks...so I'm just learning the ropes. Please don't hesitate to tell me if I'm doing something wrong!
My co-worker TeeTee is on the pink team, too?! Never thought in a million years we'd be on the same team! Fun!
