Recipe Ingredients for Pinwheel Peach Dumplings (Crockpot)

2 cups baking mix
1/3 cup milk (nonfat dry)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
8 cups peaches (sliced, frozen)
4 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Pinwheel Peach Dumplings (Crockpot)

  1. Mix baking mix with milk. Add 1/3 cup of splenda to sweeten. Add enough water to make a dough that can be rolled out. On a floured board roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Spray with butter flavored PAM and sprinkle with a mixture of 1/3 cup splenda and cinnamon. I didn't use all of the mixture. Roll up as for cinnamon rolls and cut into 1/2 inch slices and set aside. In a crockpot heat peach slices until thawed and add 1/2 cup splenda and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Cook until simmering and top with pinwheel dumplings sinking them until just covered with peach mixture. Cook for 3 hours or until dumplings are cooked through.

  2. If you add splenda to your ingredients list the program will count it as sugar.
