You are not alone and you are not gone. Those who never verbalize what you just did are gone. I don't know when you'll see the change, but the change is happening.

Love you schnooder.

Peace and white light to you now.

*patpats* Schnoodie, quit beating yourself up. We all stumble now and then, but the friends we've made here & IRL are ready & willing to help us.

We miss you in Chat. Stop by during the week & say hi.

You won't lose yourself. It's those who never worry that way who get lost.

Dang, sorry you feel so bad schnood. Luckily, you've got the rest of your life to make improvements - there is no limit on the number of new beginnings we can have. Make peace with yourself, forgive yourself for not being perfect, begin tomorrow with a healthy breakfast and you will have made a new start. ((((hugs)))).

I think we've all been stuck in that hole at one time or another.  Stand up, brush yourself off, and start climbing your way back up.

I've been meaning to hit the bike in our apartment complex's fitness center and do some HIIT for about two weeks.  I kept putting if off but today I just said eff it, I'm doing it.  I did it and felt so great for finally taking that step (after I stopped gasping for air and my legs stopped being so rubbery).

Just do it Schoondie.  Take it one step at a time.

Oh babe, I completely empathise. My life to this point is a seemingly endless series of hitting rock bottom and slowly, painfully, attempting to crawl my way back up just to slide right down again. I'm there again myself. So let me stretch out a virtual arm and offer you my hand so we can pick ourselves up from here together again. Point is, we're never alone in life, no matter how isolated we feel. There is always someone, somewhere that can "vibe" us. Someone that can relate to the pain. And it's all about trying. Just keep on trying - no one can fault you for that. I'm prone to self sabotage, so I think I can relate to a lot of what you're getting at by the tone of your sentiments - but I know that it doesn't mean the destruction needs to continue. Black and white, all or nothing thinking can be difficult to temper, but it can be done. You can change, and you will. Because you want it SO badly. xox

-hugs- Simply coming forward and being truthful about what you feel is a good indicator that you are committed to succeeding this time. We are all rooting for you. :)

Hang tight and take a deep breath Schnood.  You just need a moment to regroup and recharge.  You're strong, trust in that.

<<<hugz>>>

i'm basically going through the exact same thing as you are, schnooder.. and it sucks. i don't know how to fix it, but if i figure it out, i'll be sure to let you know. keep your chin up, you're a really beautiful girl :)

feel free to message me for support anytime.

OK ... you have until the end of reading this post to have your pity-party for one.  I'm sorry to tell you this, but .... (****'s not exclusive to you ... Sorry :( I really hate to break this to you but I'm there too.  For some reason I eat really well for one day and then BAM like now, head off to the staff cafe and buy a croissant to finish lunch with - OK, salad filling but the miniscule amount of lettuce and tomato will NOT undo the amount of butter and fat IN the croissant itself.  Bother damn and blast.  I've been really trying hard to resist and I have buggered it up for myself.  Again.  LOL.  So, join the club.  And you can't quite be at rock bottom for you had enough nouse to tell us where you were at ... anyway, we're running out of time and the pity party is about to end .........................................NOW! !!

Have faith in us, have faith in yourself, have faith in the lessons of patience and struggle and triumph (even if only over ONE licorice allsorts instead of two).

Peace, love and light be yours, you're in good company.  PM me if you like, been up and down more time than a whore's drawers!!!! ;)
